You might want to have some sheets printed up to go out with your quotations that tell potential clients that your service includes removing and rehanging window coverings, will install customer supplied door chime buttons and other little things that you do to complete your jobs.

Jason kept us informed at each stage of the install and in particular as he and Mitch resolved, to our complete satisfaction, an issue with birds attempting to nest in the front soffit of our home. We have received numerous compliments on the finished product from passers by, family, friends and neighbours. On the initial contract with Hugo’s we replaced all of the upper windows, insulated and sided the front of the house, capped the garage/front doors/alcove, and replaced the front soffit and facia. On the second contract Jason and John replaced our living room window. Next year we plan to have the remaining 3 windows and a patio door replaced by Hugo’s Windows and Doors.
